1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to 10 Numbers ("the App"), operated by Griffon Labs ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 10 Numbers mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Griffon Labs. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Description of Service
10 Numbers is a mobile application that predicts daily mood and energy trends from numeric inputs. The App generates AI-assisted diary entries and prompts designed to help users reflect, track progress, and take meaningful actions in their daily lives.
2.1 Core Features
- Numeric Input Processing: Enter numbers to receive personalized mood and energy insights
- AI-Generated Diary Entries: Contextual diary content powered by artificial intelligence
- Wellness Tracking: Monitor your emotional and mental wellness over time
- Personalization: Choose from multiple themes, fonts, and language options
- Achievement System: Earn badges and track progress across various wellness categories
- Ibis Companion: Interactive AI companion for guidance and exploration
2.2 Service Availability
The App requires an internet connection for core functionality. While we strive to maintain 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
You may use the App as a guest with limited functionality or create a registered account for full access. When creating an account, you must:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as necessary
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
3.2 Guest Mode
Guest users have access to limited features. Guest data may be stored temporarily and is subject to rate limits. To unlock full functionality and maintain persistent data, account registration is required.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- You misuse the App or its features
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, server, or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security features
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical issues
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
4.2 Content Standards
Any content you submit, including diary entries and user preferences, must not:
- Be defamatory, obscene, or offensive
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Contain personal information of others without consent
- Promote illegal activities or violence
5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
5.1 PRO Subscription
The App offers a PRO subscription that provides enhanced features, including:
- Unlimited diary generations without rate limits
- Access to premium themes, skins, and customization options
- Priority support and early access to new features
- Ad-free experience
5.2 Virtual Currency (Stars)
Stars are the App's virtual currency. You can earn Stars by:
- Generating and saving diary entries
- Completing actions and tasks
- Maintaining usage streaks
- Referral rewards
- Subscription bonuses
Stars can be spent on:
- Premium themes and color schemes
- Timer skins and visual customizations
- Ibis companion skins
- Background skins
- Custom theme slots
5.3 Star Purchases
You may purchase Stars through in-app purchases. All Star purchases are:
- Processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Final and non-refundable except as required by law
- Subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions
5.4 Subscription Terms
Billing: Subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price displayed at purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance, and changes apply to subsequent billing periods.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to the respective app store (Apple or Google) according to their refund policies.
5.5 Consumable Purchases
Star pack purchases are consumable in-app purchases. Once credited to your account, Stars are:
- Non-refundable
- Non-transferable between accounts
- Subject to expiration only if your account is deleted
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The App and its original content, features, functionality, and design elements are owned by Griffon Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
- Source code and software
- Visual design and user interface
- Themes, skins, and graphical assets
- AI models and algorithms
- Text content and translations
- Audio and sound effects
- Trademarks and logos
6.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal device
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access features according to your subscription level
This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works
- Sell, resell, or commercially exploit the App
- Use the App for any unauthorized purpose
6.3 User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (such as diary explanations). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:
- Store and process your content to provide services
- Use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement
- Display your content back to you within the App
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 Nature of AI Content
The App uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate diary entries, insights, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content is algorithmically produced
- Content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate
- AI does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
- Results may vary and should be considered as guidance, not definitive answers
7.2 Limitations
AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for:
- Professional mental health counseling
- Medical diagnosis or treatment
- Legal, financial, or professional advice
- Crisis intervention services
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
7.3 Content Moderation
We implement content moderation measures to filter inappropriate or harmful AI responses. However, no system is perfect, and occasional inappropriate content may appear. Please report any concerning content through the App.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Key points include:
- We collect account information, usage data, and preferences
- Voice data for speech recognition is processed locally and not stored
- We use encryption for data transmission and storage
- You have rights to access, correct, and delete your data
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
9.1 Third-Party Integrations
The App integrates with third-party services including:
- Google Play Services and Apple App Store (for purchases)
- Firebase (for analytics and notifications)
- Google AdMob (for advertisements in free tier)
- AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI)
- Social authentication providers (Google Sign-In, Facebook)
9.2 Third-Party Terms
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices.
9.3 Advertising
Free users may see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect device information for ad targeting. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings or by subscribing to PRO.
10. Notifications

With your consent, we may send push notifications including:
- Daily reminders to use the App
- Rate limit reset notifications
- Subscription status updates
- Achievement and milestone alerts
- App updates and new features
10.2 Managing Notifications
You can customize or disable notifications through:

- Specific notification type toggles within the App
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 "As Is" Service
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
11.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIFFON LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your account
- AI-generated content that is inaccurate or inappropriate
- Actions taken based on App content or recommendations
- Third-party services or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11.3 Health Disclaimer
10 Numbers is a wellness and self-reflection tool, NOT a medical device or healthcare service. The App:
- Does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions
- Is not a substitute for professional healthcare
- Should not be used for crisis management
- Does not provide therapeutic treatment
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical or mental health concerns.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Griffon Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you submit to the App
- Your negligence or misconduct
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Griffon Labs is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.
13.3 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
13.4 Exceptions
The following disputes are exempt from arbitration:
- Claims within small claims court jurisdiction
- Intellectual property disputes
- Emergency injunctive relief
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- We may notify you via email or in-app notification
- Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Griffon Labs regarding the App.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
16. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

18. Acknowledgment
BY USING THE 10 NUMBERS APP, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.
These Terms of Service are effective as of December 4, 2025, and govern the use of the 10 Numbers mobile application developed by Griffon Labs.
